Thank you for supporting our handcrafted soap and skincare products! We take care to ship your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or restocks), processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll see the total shipping fee before completing your order.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses

Customs processing for international orders

Strikes or national emergencies

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos if applicable.

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note, we are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address if it was provided incorrectly.

If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
