We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by third-party carriers.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
